Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure transit.

  Package Your Items

  Place the belt and any original packaging into a shipping box, ensuring the buckle is protected from scratches, and attach the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
